He has total 24 years of experience from industry, teaching, research and administration at national level. He has worked as a Principal of P.V.K.K Degree College for 19 years. He is a External Research Supervisor for MBA Scholars of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapuram (in five districts).
